Return Policy


Our policy lasts 3 days from date of delivery, for in-store credit only. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot honor your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. Sale items, Swimwear, Lingerie (Intimate), Bodysuits, and Accessories cannot be returned.



To complete your return, email with your name, order (invoice) number, item(s) you are returning and the reason for return. Please wait for an email response with your return authorization and instructions on where to send your return.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 days.
