Return Policy


Our policy lasts 3 days from delivery date, for store credit only. If 3 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot honor your return. Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it with original packaging. Sale (including Flash Sale), Mystery Boxes, Intimate (Bodysuits, Lingerie, Swimwear), Handbags, and Accessories cannot be returned. 

To complete your return, email with your name, order number, item(s) you are returning and reason for return. Please wait for an email response with your return authorization and instructions on where to send your return.

You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.

At no point do we honor cancellations.
